  2. Day 1Pick ONE company or problem
  3. Day 2Research deeply — product, users, competitors
  4. Day 3Identify something broken or improvable
  5. Day 4Build one useful artifactexample: feature teardown, AI workflow, or product insight
  6. Day 5Turn it into a public signal — LinkedIn post or doc
  7. Day 6Reach out with what you built
  8. Day 7Share your work and reflect

Includes optional daily Zoom office hours for feedback and accountability.
